8. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to arbitration, you and GovernmentShutdown.net are each waiving the right to a trial by jury.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the binding arbitration clause above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within South Dakota.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
